The answer to the question
You asked me why.
I replied; "Cold".
"Ignorance and taken for-granted".
"Forgotten".
You asked me how.
I replied; "Be yourself".
"Don't judge a book by its cover".
"Never follow something you don't want to do".
The fact that the words that are said are oftentimes different from the actions that are acted out. I am the same, but I never or at least try to not do so to others, except when it's me alone.
Therefore, just be yourself and mean what you say, I would say to you. =)
